Payment

Payment for our courses will usually be made prior to the course start date and paid through the online booking system. Payment by cash will be accepted at our training venues as long as the delegate informs Children’s Contact Services Ltd of their intentions to pay by this means; failure to pay will result in the removal of the delegate from the course. We offer 30 days invoicing, from the time of booking for companies. Please call or email our office for more information. All blended and eLearning course require payment before the start of the course. Certificates will not be ordered until invoices have been cleared.

Delegate Substitution Delegates can substitute delegates for the course at any time prior to the course commencing as long as they email the office at info@childrenscontactservices.com

Refunds for Courses

Refunds will only be provided where a minimum of 5 days’ notice (prior to the course date) has been stated in writing. No refunds will be given for blended or eLearning courses where the delegate has started the training online. If a delegate completes the online training and wishes to cancel the classroom element of the course, only the classroom element will be refunded as long as 5 days written notice is received prior to the start date of the course. It is the delegate’s responsibility to ensure the course is suitable to the delegate. Children’s Contact Services Ltd take no responsibility for incorrect booking.

Course Fees

Our course fees include all training face to face, eLearning or blended learning, manuals, certificates and assessments where required. Replacements certificates are not provided if lost by the delegate. All costs to the delegate for travel, including but not limited to parking, fuel, bus travel and train travel shall be at the delegate’s expense. We aim to provide refreshments on all courses but these cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at the venue.

Cancelled Courses

Children’s Contact Services Ltd reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any courses in exceptional circumstances. All delegates in this instance will be offered a full refund of their booking fee or the option to change course date which is convenient to the delegate so long as spaces remain available.

Blended Learning

Where the blended learning of the course requires to be completed before the start date of the classroom course it is the delegates responsibility to complete this beforehand. Children’s Contact Services Ltd will not issue a certificate to any delegate that does not complete, where stated, the blended learning before the course date and no refund will be made to the delegate.

Data Protection / Online Training

By booking our online training whether a online only course or blended learning you give our express permission to share your name and email address with a third party training company in order to provide this service. Your details will not be passed to any other organisation for any reason.

Advertised Courses

Children’s Contact Services Ltd reserves to the right to amend the course date and venue of any of the advertised courses online. From time this might be necessary due to change in venues and instructor and delegate’s availability. This will be limited to exception circumstances only.

Course Bookings

Children’s Contact Services Ltd reserves the right to refuse any delegate booking by exception. No reason for this has to be given.

Voucher Codes

Voucher codes are limited to one per delegate and are only valid for the time as displayed. Any delegate found to abuse the voucher code procedure will be removed from the course with no refund given. Voucher

codes have no monitory value and are non-transferable. Children’s Contact Services Ltd reserves the right to remove the voucher code without notice.

Course Material

All course material including manuals have been carefully researched and selected by Children’s Contact Services Ltd. Our course material and instructor knowledge is believed to be the most up to date and factually accurate as possible at the time of the course.

All training material of our courses are provided for general information only and should not be treated as a substitute for the medical advice of a doctor or any other healthcare professional. Children’s Contact Services Ltd is not responsible or liable for any diagnosis made by a user based on the content of the course.

Receipts / Invoicing

Children’s Contact Services Ltd will issue a receipt including a VAT invoice if required whereby this is requested from the delegate or company. Children’s Contact Services Ltd reserves the right to not issue VAT invoices to any person or persons or company or companies that are not VAT registered and has no legal requirement to do so.

Behaviour

If any delegate breeches the behaviour expected during our courses, then the delegate will be removed from training with no refund made to the delegate.

Health and Safety

Children’s Contact Services Ltd observes all health and safety of the given venue that is in place. Delegates are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not affect the health and safety of the instructor, other delegates and venue staff where applicable and appropriate. All accidents and near misses are to be reported to the instructor without delay.
